Job summary

Mattel at AG Retail Los Angeles is seeking a restaurant server to deliver food and beverages, greet guests, and provide an outstanding dining experience. You will share information on menu items, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accuracy of checks through the InfoGenesis system.

The role requires knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and the ability to work in a high-volume setting. Prior fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in high-volume or fine dining preferred.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Experience working with restaurant computer systems preferred.
• Physically demanding position: lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform guests of menu options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; advise on allergens.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages; manage tables and checks via InfoGenesis.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and local health laws.
• Support restaurant team during events and storewide activities.
