Troutbeck Operator LLC is seeking a Server for our Manor House main property to provide exceptional hospitality. Compensation starts at $11.00 per hour with a generous tip pool, and growth opportunities through ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering a memorable dining experience, while maintaining standards of service in a fine dining setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 3 years as a server in a fine dining establishment preferred; 1 year in a fast-paced customer service environment required.
• Passion for food, beverage, and service; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve in a fine dining establishment with emphasis on exceptional service.
• Guide guests through the dining experience with professionalism and care.
• Attend ongoing training and update meetings to learn menu changes.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• All other duties as assigned.
