Job summary

Red PrimeSteak in Oklahoma City seeks Servers with bar experience who bring confidence, personality, and a passion for Extreme Hospitality to every guest interaction. This role blends elevated table service with strong bar knowledge, delivering a consistent, high-level hospitality experience on the floor or behind the bar.

Pay is based on availability, with opportunities for growth within A Good Egg Dining Group.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Average to above average knowledge regarding beer, wine and spirits.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and safely lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet them, making them feel comfortable and cared for.
• Identify first-time guests and provide thoughtful menu guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs or concerns.
• Complete side work and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Process payments accurately.
• Support team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with bar responsibilities and upkeep of bar area.
