• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Servers play a pivotal role in shaping the guest journey by providing knowledgeable recommendations, ensuring seamless and attentive service, and collaborating closely with support staff and management to maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

YOUR ROLE

• Servers maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations
• Provide attentive, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and guiding the dining experience from start to finish
• Waiters follow all service standards, policies, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe, compliant, and elevated guest environment
• Complete opening and ongoing side work, ensuring stations are fully prepared, stocked, and organized for service
• Handle products, equipment, and service tools properly to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members and management to support smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly
