Job summary

Tributary is looking for Food and Beverage Server Assistants for Summer 2026. This role requires you to assist servers, ensuring all guest needs are met while maintaining effective communication.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and prior experience in a fine dining environment is preferred. Expect to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Understanding of basic cocktails and/or bartending experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a restaurant fine dining or refined service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move quickly and efficiently while maintaining constant communication with the server.
• Assist the server by ensuring all guest needs and special requests are met.
• Set up and breakdown Food and Beverage Events.
