Job summary

Harrimans Grill at Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Five-Star signature restaurant, seeks a Server Assistant (PM). You will support the dining team, deliver courses, maintain dining room cleanliness, and help with table upkeep in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Restaurant/food service experience preferred.
• Availability to work AM or PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support servers to ensure smooth dining room service.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests.
• Assist with table maintenance and dining room cleanliness.
• Reset tables according to fine-dining standards.
• Help with food running and communication between kitchen and service staff.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with basic food presentation needs.
• Complete opening and closing side work duties.
• Maintain organization of service stations.
• Uphold Salamander Forbes service standards in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.
