Sorelle is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers, maintain table turnover, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fine dining setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a strong knowledge of the menu and wine selections.

Responsibilities include table maintenance, water service, bread service, and keeping the dining room clean and well-stocked. Prior fine dining experience is preferred, with ability to work as part of a high-standard service team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of fine dining service experience.
• Knowledge of service, food and beverage, and wine.
• Cleanliness and teamwork are essential.
• Must be able to serve alcohol per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional service at all times.
• Clear and reset tables; bus and stock stations.
• Answer questions about menu items and wine list.
• Liaise with servers to communicate guest needs.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and organize linen.
