Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is looking for Security Hosts to maintain order and ensure guest safety at NAIA, a fine Greek-Levantine dining destination in Chicago. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance with liquor laws, address safety concerns, and uphold the venue's standards.

Successful applicants will have at least one year of security experience in a similar establishment and a non-expired Basset Certification. A flexible schedule is essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in a Security role within a fine dining establishment, nightclub, and/or high-volume restaurant required.
• Ability to maintain composure under periods of high stress and high volume.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Non-expired Basset Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by greeting guests in a respectful and friendly manner.
• Control the flow of foot traffic into the venue to prevent overcrowding.
• Check patrons' identification to ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws.
• Enforce dress codes and standards of conduct.
• Patrol and monitor the venue to identify any security threats.
• Demonstrate good judgment when addressing issues.
