Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new fine dining private restaurant. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, maintaining high-quality dining experiences, managing staff, and driving the business to exceed client & guest service. As a key leader in the restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating an atmosphere of excellence, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining outstanding service.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen, and staff.
• Lead and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards for service, cleanliness, and quality.
• Handle all aspects of guest relations, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Hire, Train, develop, and schedule staff to optimize performance and productivity.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and other leadership team members on menu development and seasonal promotions.
• Promote a positive and cohesive work environment, fostering teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff management, budgeting, and financials.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software, POS systems.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:
• Wine knowledge and experience with fine wine pairings.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in fine dining
