Allora, Sacramento's premier Modern Italian dining room, is seeking a motivated Fine Dining Line Cook to join our team. We celebrate a Michelin Plate Award and offer a lively, professional kitchen where leadership is strong and learning is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fine dining kitchen.
• Attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have or be able to obtain a food safety handler’s card.
• Cleanliness, organization and teamwork are crucial.
• Applicants must perform duties assigned by supervisor following policies.
• Motivation to progress in a fine dining environment.
• Must be impeccably groomed and maintain good hygiene.
