Tetherow Resort in Bend, OR is hiring a Full Time Line Cook to support catering and events with high quality food and service. You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen, contribute to event prep, and uphold sanitation standards. This role offers growth, excellent benefits, and a beautiful Central Oregon setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented, and capable of preparing diverse menu items while maintaining consistency and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Energetic, inspiring, positive and adventurous.
• Love to have fun in the kitchen and help execute events.
• Commitment to teamwork and guest experience.
• Proficient in large batch recipe cooking and meat/fish fabrication.
• Foundation in baking, unit conversions, and strong knife skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quality food for catering and events held at Tetherow Resort.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of food quality and customer service to all guests.
• Ensure the proper food levels are met for daily operation.
• Prepare menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications.
• Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times.
• Communicate clearly and develop strong working relationships with back and front of the house staff working banquets/events each day.
