Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa seeks an experienced bartender to mix and serve beverages in our Fine Dining Restaurant Outlets. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, interact with guests, and ensure a positive guest experience while adhering to established policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with Mixology certification and at least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting. TIPs and Sanitation certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Mixology certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of high-volume bartending experience.
• TIPs and Sanitation certifications are preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all drinks in accordance with established recipes.
• Serves guests and servers according to established policy.
• Responsible for checks issued to him/her and acts as a cashier in front and service bars.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and interact and service guests cordially.
• Adhere to Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
