Eurest USA at the Delta Sky Club in Los Angeles is hiring for a full-time dishwasher. You will wash dishes, pots, pans and trays, and keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary.

Weekend and holiday work is required. Experience in catering or fine dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and trays using proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area and utensils.
• Polish silverware and ensure sanitation of all work surfaces.
• Follow outlined safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
• Maintain correct temperatures and chemical levels as provided.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and transfers between storage areas.
