Job summary

Land Holdings 1, LLC DBA Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in Diberville, MS is seeking a part-time hourly Steakhouse Bus Person/Server Assistant to support the dining team. You will clear and reset tables and assist servers while handling beverage orders with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Candidates must be 21+, have a HS diploma or equivalent preferred, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior working experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel preferred.
• Knowledge of Foods and wine preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift and lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Must present an overall professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing efficient, quality service to all guests through the clearing and resetting of tables in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive and fulfill beverage orders.
