Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will ensure that Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants, and Hosts provide efficient and professional service to our guests. You will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager on staff training, shift lineups, associate development, and implementing customer service standards. You will act as a liaison between the wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure timely communication and proper timing for guest orders. Occasionally, you may need to assist in resolving guest complaints.

General Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing overall restaurant operations, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing food and beverage profitability.
  • Implement brand service strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure the restaurant is prepared to serve customers.
  • Enhance customer experience through quality service and product offerings.
  • Motivate and encourage staff with a positive attitude.
  • Operate POS systems securely and efficiently.
  • Follow proper cash management procedures.
  • Ensure all Front of House staff adhere to company conduct codes and SOPs.
  • Conduct daily service briefings and ongoing food & beverage training sessions.
  • Organize event setups and manage bookings for the day.
  • Monitor staff breaks and timekeeping.
  • Serve as Acting Restaurant (General) Manager in their absence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management related to restaurant operations.
