The position offers hourly pay with tips and a schedule that includes weekends, typically 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. Training on bar operations and liquor handling is provided to maintain high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Previous bartending experience required with wine knowledge preferred.
• Bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant is required.
• Candidate must obtain or be able to obtain a bartending license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm welcome.
• Create a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere at the bar.
• Ensure proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
• Keep bar storage areas clean and ensure proper handling of glasses.
• Stock all bar areas and follow proper rotating procedures.
• Follow state liquor regulations, especially regarding minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment.
