Kohler Co. is hiring a bartender for The Immigrant Restaurant in Kohler, WI. This onsite, casual part-time role focuses on guest service, accurate drink preparation, and maintaining bar cleanliness while complying with liquor laws.

You'll join a top-rated beverage team, gain experience in wine knowledge and proper handling of drinks, and work 3:00 pm–12:00 am with weekend shifts. Applicants must be 18+ and able to obtain a bartending license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Previous bartending experience required with wine knowledge highly preferred.
• Bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant is required.
• Candidate must obtain or be able to obtain a bartending license to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly with a warm welcome.
• Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere.
• Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
• Keeping bar storage areas clean and proper handling of glasses.
• Stocking all areas of the bar and following rotating procedures.
• Abiding by state liquor regulations, including no service to minors or intoxicated persons.
• Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment.
