Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware, garnishes and condiments.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and garnishes to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; prepares and presents drinks per recipes.
• Checks IDs and handles cash, verifies charges and vouchers.
• Keeps work area clean and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to create an attractive bar display.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
