Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year experience bartending.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Food Handler, liquor license, ATC certification, etc.
• Basic wine and spirit knowledge.
• POS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, well groomed, and in proper uniform.
• Perform all Steps of Service as trained.
• Read guests and tailor style and speed of service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
