Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender. Fine dining experience preferred.
• Above average knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and beer.
• Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as features and seasonal offerings.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock your work area
• Assist in designing cocktails and other beverages unique to our restaurant
• Collaborate in selecting wines, beers, and spirits for the bar
• Greet guests and guide them through our food and beverage menus to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Use your knowledge and experience to provide a memorable experience
• Assist other staff in providing service to our guests.
