Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in fine dining preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and attentive demeanor with a passion for service.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation or legal work status in the US.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they arrive and ensure they feel valued.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
• Craft cocktails, pour wine, and create mocktails.
• Learn menu, daily specials, and wine selections; make recommendations.
• Ensure sanitation and safety guidelines are followed.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service.
• Handle transactions accurately and process payments.
