Job Summary:
The role of the fine dining bartender is to provide an exceptional service experience, ensuring all guests are served beverages and food in a timely, friendly, and high-quality manner, following safety procedures for serving alcohol. The bartender should enrich the guests' experience and demonstrate genuine interest in their needs. They should possess extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage pairings to enhance the menu experience.

General Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-end cocktails, wine, whiskey, and bourbon.
- Stock the bar with sufficient alcohol, garnishments, glassware, and supplies.
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar.
- Upsell food and beverages.
- Follow Aatmos standards for Cost Per Pour to maximize profitability.
- Anticipate guest needs.
- Process guest checks and complete closing paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Clean and break down the bar, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are sanitized.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Use hotel software systems as per Aatmos SOPs.
- Have thorough knowledge of all menu items.
- Upsell offerings to guests.
- Prepare drinks to guests' satisfaction and Aatmos standards.
- Sanitize work areas and equipment.
- Prepare bar for subsequent shifts.
- Clean glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste appropriately.
- Conduct inventory of food and beverages.
- Handle customer service and liability issues related to intoxicated guests, including cutting off alcohol and managing disputes.
- Perform other duties as needed.
