Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of fine dining mixology experience.

• Ability to operate a cash register POS and basic Microsoft tools.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and teamwork in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front of house bar operations and guest interactions.
• Takes beverage and food orders; prepares and serves drinks.
• Describes dinner features and daily additions; assists VIP guests.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and inventory; coordinates with servers and chefs.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and staff training on cocktail lists.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
