Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL for a Fine Art Teacher for grades 5-8. The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing art curricula aligned with educational standards. Daily tasks will include preparing lesson plans, teaching fine art classes, assessing student performance, and providing individualized support where needed. The role also involves organizing school art exhibitions, and other cultural events, and collaborating with fellow educators and administration to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in teaching Fine Art to 5-8 students
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging, standards-based curricula in fine art.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in various artistic mediums.
  • Passion for fostering creativity and cultural appreciation in students.
