Job summary

The Rock-It Company seeks a Security and Supervision Agent in Los Angeles to supervise on-site art shipments, coordinate with airline cargo terminals, and ensure secure handling from pickup to delivery. You will monitor flights, document activity, and support couriers across our fast-paced logistics network.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in fine art logistics or air cargo operations, familiarity with security procedures, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in fine art logistics, air cargo operations, or related high-value shipments.
• Familiarity with airport operations, aviation security procedures, and cargo handling protocols preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
• Proven collaboration with airline personnel, couriers, and logistics partners.
• Prior fine art industry experience preferred.
• Must meet security clearance requirements as applicable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site airport supervision to ensure secure handling of fine art shipments.
• Oversee shipments at airline cargo terminals and palletize/loader during tarmac operations.
• Track inbound/outbound flights and maintain supervision schedules with reporting.
• Handle and verify shipping documents in a timely manner.
• Supervise pallet build-ups and breakdowns per fine art handling standards.
• Provide courier support and act on the courier’s behalf throughout transport.
