Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, dispatching, or operations management.
• Knowledge of professional art handling standards is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with fleet management and telematics preferred.
• Supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify transportation documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with project coordinators, clients, and field personnel regarding schedules and updates.
• Monitor routes and deliveries, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and delays.
• Support Art Handler/Drivers by communicating requirements and coordinating field work.
• Conduct pre-route and post-route debriefings to ensure readiness and objectives.
• Research job locations and handling considerations to support project execution.
• Ensure all job information and instructions are clearly communicated to field personnel.
• Prepare daily warehouse pick lists and verify transport-ready inventory.
• Monitor vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance and service schedules.
• Manage fleet-related inventories and ensure equipment availability for daily operations.
