Job summary

UBS is seeking a qualified professional to support the development of UBS Workplace Financial Wellness for corporate employees. You’ll deliver education and guidance across personal financial topics, conduct discovery conversations, and lead webinars while partnering with the employee wealth services team to drive client retention and asset growth.

The role requires FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 licenses and a CFP® or interest in the CFP®.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66 licenses required.
CFP® or interest in obtaining CFP®.

Responsibilities

Understand UBS Financial Wellness framework and apply to employee segments of corporate clients.
Present across a broad range of personal financial management topics.
Engage in discovery conversations to identify individual financial needs.
Deliver engaging client experiences with financial wellness guidance and actionable steps.
Influence employees to improve long-term financial health and habits.
Provide education and coaching on short- and long-term financial goals.
Lead and participate in webinars; collaborate to identify opportunities for assets growth and client retention.
Collaborate with internal partners to enhance the Financial Wellness offering.
