Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals
• Understanding of consumer credit incl. loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports
• Strong communication, sales and relationship-building skills
• Notary License preferred (optional)
• Proficiency with PCs and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and develop relationships with branch clients and centers of influence
• Meet activity, behavior and outcome goals
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions
• Support branch operations and assist Teller line as needed
