Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Estacada office. The role emphasizes delivering excellent client service, handling transactions, and guiding clients toward financial wellness solutions both in person and by phone.

As part of a hybrid/office-based team, you will collaborate with branch leadership to prioritize key activities, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and stay current with product offerings to support clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience developing client relationships, achieving sales goals and referrals.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Basic knowledge of digital tech and educating clients on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and deepen client relationships during transactions.
• Process financial service transactions accurately and identify opportunities to cross-sell.
• Resolve more complex client servicing issues and coordinate with bankers as needed.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and guide clients to appropriate solutions.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees and policies to stay current.
