Job summary

KeyBank's Plymouth Meeting, PA branch is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients in conversations that uncover needs and offer guidance for financial wellness, in person and through proactive calling. As part of the branch team, you will attract new clients, deepen relationships, open accounts, and collaborate with partners.

A client-first, sales-driven mindset, strong communication, and integrity are essential; willingness to work Saturdays is noted.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions.

Responsibilities

Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, home equity, etc.).
Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
Support branch operations and document client interactions; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
