Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience in an environment with sales goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to meet financial needs and sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and by phone.
• Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions.
• Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and in line with policies.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to bank specialists when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal departments to serve customers.
