Slalom in New York City is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a complex, fast-moving technology initiative within financial services. You will drive execution, remove obstacles, and keep cross-functional teams aligned toward delivery.

The role requires strong PM fundamentals, technical curiosity, and comfort with AI-assisted program reporting. You will coordinate globally distributed teams and balance rapid execution with risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering complex technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence, and drive accountability across teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, cloud, or related technology environments.
• Comfort using Generative AI tools and prompting in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level objectives into detailed executable project plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables.
• Proactively drive work across multiple technical and business stakeholder groups.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and coordinate mitigation.
• Maintain delivery momentum and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Coordinate delivery across globally distributed teams in the US, UK, and India.
• Partner with engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, security, and business stakeholders.
• Use AI tools and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
