Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking an experienced training specialist to support the FM Business Solutions Office. You will develop and deliver Momentum training, create training materials, and conduct sessions across multiple offices to support federal financial management initiatives.

The role requires coordinating with program managers, maintaining training inventories, and traveling as needed to deliver onsite sessions for Momentum users with varied experience levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field or equivalent
• 12 years of total experience in federal financial processes and systems
• 5 years developing, implementing, and executing Momentum training
• 3 years creating and presenting training materials to user groups

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Managers to align training objectives
• Produce, revise, and maintain training materials in PDF and paper formats
• Instruct classes with varied curricula and levels from beginner to expert
• Travel to other offices to provide onsite Momentum training
• Conduct sessions across multiple forums and locations
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of training equipment and manage schedules and deadlines
