Job summary

Life Time in Minnesota is seeking a Financial Systems and Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. The role focuses on maintaining Adaptive and Workday, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insights through dashboards and reports.

You will partner with IT, accounting, and operations to optimize processes and support budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of financial systems experience, with preference for Adaptive and Workday knowledge and exposure to data

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in financial systems analysis.
• Experience with Adaptive and Workday highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Domo.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance financial systems, including Adaptive and Workday.
• Audit and reconcile financial data across systems.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Provide training to finance users of financial systems.
• Collaborate with IT, accounting, and operations to meet business needs.
• Utilize data tools to support analysis and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
