• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in product management or finance operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion or equivalent) including modules for contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and project accounting.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha!; proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of accrual-based revenue recognition, billing, AR, and GL.

• Own and evolve the financial systems roadmap for accounting, AR, FP&A, and related modules.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post‑launch review.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; plan sprints and releases with technology teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary business contact for implementations and support.
• Lead change management and communicate status to senior finance leadership.
