Cambridge Associates LLC. is seeking a Product Manager for Financial Systems in Boston. You will own the roadmap for Oracle ERP, revenue and billing systems, and related finance workflows, working with finance operations, FP&A, and technology teams.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, maintain backlogs, and ensure compliance and audit readiness while collaborating with senior finance leadership. 5–7 years in a similar role is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field required; advanced degree or cert preferred.
• 5–7 years in product management, financial systems, or finance ops; cross-functional leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion or equivalent) and modules for contracts, billing, revenue, projects.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Excel; data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, billing, AR, and GL.

• Own and manage the financial systems product roadmap aligned to Finance operations and firm goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of financial systems initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog; coordinate with technology for sprints/releases.
• Oversee Oracle ERP modules for contracts, billing events, revenue events, and related workflows.
• Ensure changes meet quality, compliance, and audit standards; document configurations.
