Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst III, Systems and Processes at its Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. The role develops and leverages expertise with financial systems and processes, administering systems to meet business needs and supporting users.

You'll work with TM1, SAP, Hyperion and related tools, perform monthly close activities, partner with global finance, contribute to system enhancements, and help train users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, including Tax (Business or Accounting)
• CPA preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning & analysis, or financial systems support roles
• Advanced knowledge of financial techniques and procedures; familiarity with accounting standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work across functions and cultures
• Experience with TM1, SAP, Hyperion, and data reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration to ensure TM1 meets business requirements
• Manage monthly SAP Material Ledger close and other Finance month-end jobs
• Partner with global finance teams to maximize benefits of financial systems
• Participate in initiatives to improve systems and processes
• Research new features and functionality of financial systems
• Assist with training programs and user groups
• Respond to user questions and concerns about the system
