Job description

The Financial Systems Manager will work closely with the finance team and business to develop solutions that will improve processes, gain efficiencies, enhance analytics, and leverage the NetSuite platform and applications it is integrated with. This position will be responsible for evolving current processes, developing new enhancements, working with third-party vendors, and owning the evolution of the NetSuite platform. This role requires both system administration capabilities and technical development skills to maintain and enhance the NetSuite environment through SuiteScript implementations.

This is a hybrid work opportunity located only in New York, NY. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

What You'll Do
  1. Partner with the Finance/Accounting and IT functions to define system enhancements including break/fixes, minor enhancements, and larger capital projects.
  2. Design, build and run financial reporting inside NetSuite.
  3. Lead configuration and administration of NetSuite and associated components/add-ons.
  4. Create and maintain users, roles, permissions, centers and perform updates, integration and configurations.
  5. Develop, test, document, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools, and new system functionality based on evolving business needs.
  6. Debug and maintain existing SuiteScript solutions, including reviewing code, diagnosing issues, and implementing fixes.
  7. Develop and implement basic SuiteScript solutions to address business requirements and automate processes.
  8. Collaborate with developers and consultants on more complex SuiteScript implementations, providing business context and requirements.
  9. Stay current on upcoming releases and communicate changes/enhancements to the business.
  10. Act as the technical liaison for third-party vendors (NetSuite, Kyriba, Workiva, Floqast/Blackline, NoCheck, etc.). Experience with Kyriba is a plus.
  11. Customize NetSuite fields, form layouts, record types, workflows, reports and dashboards.
  12. Research, analyze, and improve performance and stability.
  13. Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
  14. Understand, articulate, and document needed customization, reports and capabilities.
  15. Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
  16. Develop SQL queries and maintain reports.
What You've Done
  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  2. 4+ years of related work experience administering enterprise systems.
  3. 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant, especially with the P2P module is a plus.
  4. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead technical projects, effect change, and process improvements.
  5. NetSuite Certifications are a plus. Preferred Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant.
  6. Experience with SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, including working knowledge of script types (UserEvent, Scheduled, Client, etc.).
  7. Familiarity with integration strategies, especially web services (XML, SOAP, REST).
  8. Ability to configure solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics.
  9. Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and active listening skills.

The gross base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. This is part of StubHub’s total compensation, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and health benefits.
