Job summary

WV Enterprise Resource Planning Board seeks a Financial Business Analyst to support the wvOASIS system across procurement, accounting, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. You will study financial processes, partner with stakeholders, and help design improvements while coordinating with ERP vendors.

Responsibilities include drafting solutions, training material creation, conducting workshops, and documenting meetings to ensure robust internal controls and data integrity within WV’s financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, report and test system issues.
• Ability to prepare training material and conduct workshops.
• Must organize, conduct, and document meetings.
• Strong computer and analytical skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and software vendors to implement business processes in procurement, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Draft written solutions and proposals for designated business processes.
• Propose and execute plans to optimize processes and develop internal controls.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
