Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to participate in the full lifecycle of Centene's financial systems, from business problem identification to solution deployment. You will provide primary functional and technical production support to end users and collaborate with IT and Finance teams to resolve issues.

The role involves configuring and maintaining systems, delivering end-user training, and contributing to new module implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role is required.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and financial reporting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the financial system product lifecycle from problem identification to solution deployment.
• Provide primary functional and technical production support to end users of Centene financial systems.
• Contribute to projects implementing new system functionality and upgrades.
• Configure and maintain financial systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Assist in implementing new modules and system enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis and generate complex financial reports.
• Design, develop, and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
