Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the financial system product lifecycle, from problem identification to deployment.
• Provide primary functional and technical production support to end users of Centene financial systems.
• Configure and maintain financial systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Assist in implementing new modules and system enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis and generate complex financial reports.
• Design and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support.
