Job summary

Tech Marine Business Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to provide intermediate-level financial management and budget analysis support to Navy customers under a Navy task order. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, forecasts, cost-benefit analyses, and briefings. This position is contingent on award and will serve NSWC PHD operations in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience.
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial management analysis and budget execution tracking.
• Develop financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial trend assessments.
• Support preparation of financial briefings and management reviews.
• Assist with funding execution and program financial planning.
• Interface with government customers regarding financial requirements.
