Job summary

ICCU is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to support Chubbuck or Meridian operations. The role involves resolving day-to-day system issues, deploying new releases, and maintaining multiple systems to align with growth and strategic goals.

You will perform data mining, build reports, and ensure timely project delivery while coordinating with vendors. Strong communication skills and a Bachelor's degree are required; some after-hours work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CS/CIS or business preferred.
• 0-2 years of system administration experience; 2+ years in financial industry preferred.
• Basic SQL and report-building ability preferred.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside normal business hours.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day system issues with team members and 3rd party vendors.
• Support implementation of new releases: impact analysis, regression testing, scheduling, and change management.
• System configuration and maintenance of multiple systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues reported by users.
• Create and maintain system-related documentation.
• Data mine, build reports, create formatted data files, and research data integrity issues.
• Ensure budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
• Support data migration for new systems.
