CommScope is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Global Finance Team in North Carolina. You will maintain EPBCS/ARCS, support month-end close, forecasts, budgets, and data integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, and BO.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience; strong EPBCS/ARCS skills and preferred SAP experience. You will work with IT to implement enhancements and provide analytical support for management reporting.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, and BO preferred.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Global Finance Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintains the EPBCS/ARCS systems including security roles, account mapping, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, scripts, allocation models, planning forms, and workflow processes Supports month end close, forecasts, budgets processes

Supports and validates data integration with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BPC, and BO

Works with IT to implement enhancements and new solutions, and resolve technical issues

Provides analytical support to the Finance users who use EPBCS for their management reporting and analysis

Provides support to Accounting users who use ARCS for their account reconciliations

Accountability / Impact

Responsible to maintain the EPBCS/ARCS system globally.

Technical: proficiencies maintaining the complexities of EPBCS/ARCS systems, and integrations with various Finance systems such as SAP and BO

Analytical: ability to analyze and resolve issues, and support the financial processes

Adaptability: ability to adjust to constant changes and challenges

Behavioral: good interpersonal skills for verbal and written communications, and team collaborations

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Bachelor’s degree in related area

3-5+ years of experience in similar position.

Strong technical experience in EPBCS/ARCS

Preferable experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, and BO

• Able to work in a fast paced-dynamic environment.
