Position Summary
The Financial Support Counselor reports to the Assistant Director, Outreach and support and serves as a member of the Office of Financial Support and Scholarships customer service cluster. Primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective students and their families, by way of, counseling appointments, phone, front counter, email, text, and social media. The Financial Support Counselor will meet with students and parents to counsel them on financial aid processes, aid eligibility, costs and financial planning. Responsible for various internal/external financial aid outreach activities and financial literacy efforts to include small/large group presentations
