Fairfax County Government seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the fiscal team within the CSB, supervising staff and overseeing billing, collections, and cash posting. The role interfaces with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and high quality financial reporting.
The candidate will analyze trends, prepare reports, and guide decisions on payer reimbursement and forecasting, leveraging ERP systems and health records experience.
Under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager, this position serves as a key leader within the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board's (CSB) fiscal team, supervising a team of professional staff and overseeing critical revenue cycle operations.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with either a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, public policy or related field; plus, three years of professional-level experience in finance, business administration, budgeting, or contract management, a master's degree in a related field or CPA may substitute for 1 year of experience.
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire.
