As a Financial Solutions Center Specialist, you are eligible for quarterly sales & service incentives.
What Great Looks Like in this Role
As an FSS I, your days will be divided into 5 essential job functions:
- Champion Operations and Compliance – 80% of your time will be spent protecting the privacy and security of our customers. You will do this through the following activities:
- Protect the privacy and the security of our customers
- Process daily transactions and be alert to fraud
- Follow proper cash handling, teller differences, and dual control guidelines
- Always maintain proper cash limits including drawer, vault, and total FSC limits
- Mitigate risk by adhering to FCB policies, procedures, and processes
- Ask questions and seek guidance
Grow Consumer Relationships – 5% of your time will be spent establishing and growing consumer relationships through:- Engaging in productive conversations on inbound calls and at the drive-thru
- Utilizing marketing campaigns to inform customers about our products and promotions
- Asking for referrals and advocating for the Refer-A-Friend program
- Partnering with your team to uncover additional needs-based sales opportunities
Deepen Consumer Relationships – 5% of your time will be spent growing relationships with your existing customer base through:- Conducting service-related outbound calls and achieving call goals
- Identifying partner referrals by asking purposeful questions
- Obtaining unsecured lending certification to uncover non-real estate secured lending opportunities
Personal Development – 10% of your time will be spent engaging in activities that drive growth in both your personal development and your balance sheet, including:- Taking ownership of your own development
- Progressing toward completion of Pathways
- Learning BUILD and BUILD 2.0, our sales conversation frameworks
- Becoming a subject matter expert on digital products
- Staying informed with Need2Know and First2Know
- Completing all required trainings in a timely manner

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals, providing high-level client service, and adhering to operational expectations
- Excellent communication skills, passion for helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, and strong relationship-building skills
- Technologically savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
