As a First Commonwealth Financial Solutions Specialist I, you will embody our mission to improve the financial lives of our neighbors and their businesses. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, understanding the importance of the customer experience, and contributing to the smooth operation of the Financial Solutions Center. Your role involves building relationships, identifying financial solutions for customers, and owning issues from start to finish.

Note: As a Financial Solutions Center Specialist, you are eligible for quarterly sales & service incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion Operations and Compliance (80%)
  • Protect customer privacy and security
  • Process transactions and monitor for fraud
  • Follow cash handling and control procedures
  • Maintain cash limits and mitigate risk according to policies
  • Ask questions and seek guidance as needed
  • Grow Consumer Relationships (5%)
    • Engage in conversations via inbound calls and drive-thru
    • Utilize marketing campaigns and ask for referrals
    • Partner with team to uncover sales opportunities
  • Deepen Consumer Relationships (5%)
    • Conduct outbound service calls
    • Identify referral opportunities
    • Obtain unsecured lending certification to explore additional lending opportunities
  • Personal Development (10%)
    • Take ownership of your growth

    Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years relevant client-centric sales experience with a proven track record
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and solutions sales skills
    • Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office, internet, bank systems)
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
    Additional Requirements

    Travel Required: Yes, for training and coverage purposes.

    Qualifications:

    • High School or higher education

    Experience & Certifications:

    • Relevant experience in sales and client service
