Responsibilities

• Commit to staying educated about insurance types, protocols, and policy changes to fulfill program requirements and satisfy customers.
• Listen to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate needs and priorities before presenting insurance options.
• Update reports and records to report progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with policyholders to develop risk management profiles and appropriate policies.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while maintaining current client portfolios.
