Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations are preferred.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs-based assessments with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Advise on financial solutions and channels to fit customer needs and preferences.
• Promote digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Support customer transactions and day-to-day banking needs.
• Build new relationships in the community and generate appointments.
